I'm organising an afternoon party for my parents 40th anniversary soon. It will be from 1-5pm, approx 50 adults, 10 kids. No idea how to go about working out how much drink to get in - plan on having tea, coffee, soft drinks, wine, beer, cider, whiskey (have I missed anything?). I don't think it will be a right boozey doo, but there will be some 'drinkers' and I want to make sure we don't run out.
Any suggestions on calculating for catering? For some reason I am not so concerned about calculating the food, although any tips for that would also be good.
