Having a thanksgiving service for our two DDs in a month's time and having a small lunch for about 20 family and friends after the service. Want to do a cake, but haven't made a fruit cake in years and a bit worried about doing this and it being horrible....
Am v good at cupcakes so could do a stand of cupcakes instead but had wanted to decorate a cake with their names.....
Am thinking cupcakes are more likely to get eaten than fruitcake though...
