DS2 is driving me nuts.
Two weeks ago I bought some school logo summer polo shirts (£8.00 each ) for him to wear and he has lost one (did not bring home after Sports Day as they were still in PE kit) and came home tonight wearing someone else's old skanky one as he obviously did not check the name label after PE. He has also lost a brand new pair of school shorts and his school logo PE shirt in the same way over the last few weeks.
Now he also usually leaves reading book/diary, homework book, letters from school, school shoes (!) behind after school in his tray and I am getting sick of having to check his bag and make him go back to the classroom every day as he lies and says it's in his bag (sometimes I forget to check too). Also at parents evening, I found no less than 10 cartons of juice in his tray that he had not drank at snacktime!
Give me ideas on punishments/sanctions for this please! He really does not care, even though he has to miss playtimes to do homework he did not bring home. I am fed up of repeating myself!! He is 8 btw and has not progressed in this since starting school .
