right ds1 is 4 and ds2 is 18 months, we are hoping they will share a room, ds1 is currently growing out of a toddler bed and ds2 is still in his cot. here are my options

1- racing car bed with trundle bed (dh loves this idea!!) and make the bedroom fun and eventually get a 2nd when ds2 moves out of his cot!
2 - bunk bed, have ds1 sleep on the bottom bunk and when ds1 is about 5 ish move him to the top and let ds2 sleep on the bottom?
3 - get a normal looking wooden bed from warren evans which i like.

there won't be many toys in the bedroom as we're dedicating another room next to the living room as a play room

what do you ladies think? worried i'd regret the racing car bed option!! lol thanks!

Both my girls are sharing a room now DD1 is 3 in august and is already in single bed and DD2 is 1 next wed and in her cot bed and all their toys are in my DD2 old room. they have been sharing nearly 2 months now and both have slept better than usual with each other in the same room.
What I'm planning on doing is when dd2 grows out of the cot/toddler bed I will be getting a divan like dd1 has got in pink with a flower head board. I was thinking about bunk beds but DD1 sleep walks so they are no good for us. Racing car how ever they will never sleep lol my nephew has one and he sleeps for half hour then wake for rest of the night to play racing lol so if you want to have sleep then go with a different bed hehe x

I'm going to end up with a similar dilemma with DS1 and DS2 but not for a while - planning to go down the bunk-beds route because it will mean they'll have plenty space to play with all their toys.
