How do I untwisted Maxi Cosi Priori straps?

Does anyone have any top tips for untwisting Maxi Cosi Priori car seat straps? My son has managed to now twist both sides.

You have to unthread them from the back, untwist & then re thread them.
It sounds harder than it is. (if I can manage it then seriously its not that hard!)
Is it possible to ask someone where you brought it from to do it for you? (Halfords/mothercare etc?)
I recently sorted out one for a lady, but then I am a nice sales assistant and not the ones that seem to be featured on here regularly!
