4 yr old not coping with house move..

I know its early days but my 4 yr old seems to be really struggling with our house move. We only moved last week but we've had night terrors, tantrums, bad behaviour the lot. I'm really worried..as its so unlike her.
I can't seem to find her a place at a playgroup so her routine has gone out the window. Any advice or do we just ride it out??

Maybe get her to help choose how she will decorate her new room (this would involve you choosing a colour and then her having the final say as opposed to her getting to choose any colour)

It may help her focus her mind on the positive.

We moved house 3 months ago and I decorated my youngest child's bedroom the first weekend, he is 3 so I did the exact same colours as the last house for continuity, then my eldest begged for his room to be done too. I did his the next weekend.

It is very unsettling for children as everything is boxed. Unpacking their stuff first also helps, so they can play with their toys despite the chaos.

Good luck.

DS1 was unsettled when we moved - unfortunately only patience and counting to 110 worked and it took about 2 months. One thing that didn't work was trying to convince him the new house was great - had to be completely neutral about it. Knew it would be hard as he forms very strong attachments and is very sentimental!

Thanks for your replies - we have decorated her room exactly like her old one which has helped. I've managed to find her a playgroup for a couple of days a week and signed her up for dance lessons so hopefully she will settle with a routine. Just need to take lots of deep breaths!!
