When to change from pushchair to stroller?

Pushchair is very bulky so not keen to take on holiday. When can little ones go in strollers?

When they can sit up with support - some time between 4 and 6 months depending on the baby.

Can you get one which reclines flat if he/she is still sleeping a lot in the day? Something like an OBaby Atlas, M&P Pulse/Pipi, Maclaren Techno.
