Where oh where have all the change mats gone?!

And why can't I find a nice one? I've always said to people that the one thing it's worth getting is a really nice changing mat - after all you're going to spend one hell of a lot of time looking at it for the next two years or so! So where have they all gone?! Can somebody point me to somewhere that sells interesting ones please. Thanks

PS Sorry to put this in nappies, but there isn't (yet?) a change mats topic...

I got one of these - which is a bit different.

From Boots.

Jellybaby

Yes that one is nice, thanks for the link.

Any other suggestions anyone? Riven - I don't think I've ever seen any larger than standard - sorry.

Riven - fledglings.org have changing mats - I can't see a size but fledglings are really good if you e-mail them to ask and their products, although not always cheap, are good quality. Mat folds into 3 and looks big from the picture.

OK, I'm getting a very annoyed bee in my bonnet now. Towelling inserts! Why?! Why would you deliberately make more work for yourself - FGS! And pillows?!

I like the fleece ones by Minkie about a fiver each here

riven might be worth asking if they could do you some custom sized ones - they are a small, friendly company so worth an ask?

EasilyConfusedIndith · 01/06/2010 08:59

I love my Minki one. And yes Riven do ask Minki, they will custom make nappies so why not change mats?

stressheaderic · 17/06/2010 22:17

I have managed to acquire 4, god knows why.
Pink spotty one from Boots, £5.99 and very cute, multicoloured one from JoJoMaman, I love my Bear one from Babies r Us and Mothercare jungle fun one - all great!

Pingpong · 18/06/2010 23:00

duvetheaven · 25/06/2010 11:17

Ikea do some nice ones but think they are more the travel type? You wouldn't really think of looking there though!

BrittanyBeers · 05/07/2010 23:32
