Reward chart full, what now?

A few weeks back, I started a reward chart with DS 2.9 and he got a star for letting me brush his teeth properly or wash his hair or for a wee/poo in the potty (early stages of potty training, taking it slowly as I work full time)

Anyway, the chart got filled, and the reward was given (wooden train track etc) and now I am thinking of starting the reward chart again to encourage the next stage of potty training ie: remembering he has pants on and has to pull them down before the wee comes

So my question is, do I just rip all the stars off his chart and start again? Just seems a little de-motivational for all his hard earned stars to go in the bin. Or do I need to get an entirely NEW reward chart? I have new smiley face stickers btw instead of stars so that will be novel. Or maybe I should ditch the chart and go for sweeties as rewards this time (last time he had a sweet and a star for potty perfomance and he was more bothered about the sweets!)

New chart.

Laminate the old one and move elsewhere on wall. Remind DS how well he did with first chart and how well he is doing now.

DD is a hoarder has around 10 completed different charts
