Which reusable nappy?

My sister is pregnant and asked me about washable nappies.

I originally got One Life birth to potty nappies. They are great but very bulky so I now use Itti Bitti D'lish All in Ones which are pretty good and much skinnier.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I prefer a two-part system, especially for newborns. Bimbles are great for little ones, I use a Motherease Rikki wrap with them. I also love Itti Bittis for their gorgeous fluffiness, although I find them less reliable than two-parters. For older babies I love Tots Bots Bamboozles with a Motherease AirFlow wrap, or an All-in-One nappy (Itti Bitti again) for out and about.

It really depends on her individual circumstances and preferences though (space for drying, how important ease of use is etc etc). I'd recommend your sister goes onto the nappy lady website and fills out the questionaire - she'll be given suggestions for the best nappy for her baby.

Two parters are best for newbies, if you're going for a birth-potty option I would recommend snaps as velcro is easy for older babies to undo.
I quiet like the Econobum covers although I haven't tried the flips by BumGenius.
