Cloth nappies that are higher cut at the leg

DS has quite short legs that are really chunky at the thighs. Folded terries are fine on him but the gro baby nappies I have seem to sort of dig into his thighs. Does anyone know which shaped nappies and pocket/ai2 nappies are best a baby with chunky thighs or are cut higher?

i have never found anything better than terries.
sandy's are ok also lollipop bamboo and their micros.
i found weenees nappy system from eenees designs austrailian i think where good for chunky DS2.

swaddlebees are cut fairly high
