itti bitti d'lish - some questions

I've just been given some itti bitti d'lish for my dd (9m). I've previously been using a 2 part system (bumbles with m-e airflow) and obviously these are quite different, but very cute. So cute in fact that I'm considering shelling out for a couple more, but before I do was wondering if anyone could give me some advice.

I was wondering:

  1. Can you wash it all at 60? What about drying?
  1. Do you always replace the whole nappy or can you just replace the pop in booster if coloured outer is not wet/soiled?
  1. What about containment? I must admit they do look much smaller than my bumbles and I'm not entirely convinced yet.
  1. Sizing - websites say medium will last up to 26lb but I'm a bit sceptical as they look fairly snug now. DS is probably 14-14.5lb now(born at 4lb2) , so if they really do go to 26lb then that would do her til potty. Or is that a bit ambitious?

Hi, yes they are very cute, I would recommend only washing them at 40, they are lovely and soft but have a tendancy to go a little bit crunchy over time and I've found those I only washed at 40 stayed better for longer.
You can just replace the inner, it's a good way of getting more use by buying a few extra snap in sets. I havn't had a problem with containment but it might be a problem for a breastfed baby with v runny poo. I would say medium would be a good fit at 14lb and better for containment as you need a snug fit around the leg but think you may be being a bit ambitious as they do come up small. However they have good second hand resale value so you could get a fair amount back to buy larges.

Thanks,

I won't be buying larges, as I have full set of nappies from ds, so these extra itti bittis would be just a treat really!
