Flat feet?

Does anyone know anything about flat feet?
Today at playgroup my DS took off his shoes n socks, a parent came over and asked me if he had flat feet. Id never heard of it before so just smiled said no and came home and googled it! My DS dosnt have an arch in his foot and the whole sole touches the foor but hes not 2 untill next month I just thought maybe it will grow properly as he gets older.

I have flat feet so I was curious when I read your post. Just found this which says:

The arches of your child?s feet should
start to develop around the age of 3-4
years.
