my little tot is coming up 7 months i started weaning her about 5 and half months and shes doing really well.
ive moved her onto more lumpy food now to try get her used to different textures.

my main question is, what can i start giving her now, i.e can i give her rice? pasta? does it have to be baby mixed sauces and baby pasta. what kinda tip bitc can i give her?

for breaky she has porridge
lunch its usually home made stuff. chicken with different veg, mince with different veg, and a maybe a yoghurt

dinner she usually hs a veggy dish followed by a pot of fruit, and has milk in the morning and at night.
what else can i give her apart from chicken mince and veg, fruit and yoghurt
any advice be much appreciated
thanks xx

Pasta and rice is fine to give now. You can buy small pasta or use normal stuff. You can give her just about anything now except whole nuts, honey and highly salted/sugary foods. Does she take finger foods? You could offer toast, little sandwiches, etc as well as pieces of well cooked veg and soft fruits.
