OK when should I start with the twins???

mmmmmmmm

The boys are now 18 months and I have brought the potty out to introduce them to it.

They have sat on it promptly came of it went into living room and pooed an pee'd then came back and put the potty on their head for a hat!!!!!

I cant remember when and how long it took ds1(3.5)

any advice please

Don't they think it is great fun to put the potty on their heads my ds did this for quite a while. He is 2years and 8 months and he has been potty trained and dry for about 2-3 weeks now. I just left the potty out for him and eventually he just started using it. I did try him when he was 2 but he just wasn't ready. I think your older child will be a great help with the twins - my eldest son was, he showed him what to do and he just followed his lead. Good luck
