Best way to distract crawling 8 month old...

...and keep him in one place for more than 10 seconds? His old toys hold very little interest compared to the DVD player, computer etc. Any recommendations? (he can't sit up alone well yet)

Sorry - not terribly helpful.

DC3 is 9 months and a crawling/cruising demon - she doesn't want to sit and play she wants to move.

Exhausting though.

Just wait till they're walking! I thought the crawling was exhausting!

Seriously tho I'd just get used to it and make as much baby proof as you can. Don't sweat the small stuff either. You'll be amazed how many finger prints on the tv you can live with!
