bed time for half and a half year old?

Hi my dd was five last December. She currently gets into bed somewhere between 7-7.30pm. It often takes her until gone 8.30pm to drop off.
Just wondered what time other kids her age go to bed.

DD age 4.5 goes to bed between 7.30 and 8.

DD1 nearly 7 and DD2 5 both go between 7 and 7.30. Asleep pretty quickly.

DS (4.8) goes to bed 7-7.30 and is sleep pretty quickly especially on a day he has been at school.

Hummmm! What's up with dd then We are super busy so it's not as if she shouldn't be tired. She always has bath, reading/stories, milk then bed.
Do they get to a point where they need less sleep do you think?
