Now ds is 11 I feel he might need to wash his face with something other than warm water, but what to use?
I would never use soap on my or my dc's faces and he's not quite ready for the clearasil yet.

what about something like this It's a mans range, so he won't think it's 'girly'

I've checked their website for ingredients but they don't list them. They do say 100% natural ingredients though on the front.

It may be worth looking at the back in the shop for SLS or Sodium Lauryl Sulfate - which is an incredible drying chemical used in alot of high street soaps/shampoos, which you obviously don't want on your ds' face.

What about Simple cleanser- its cheap and good stuff!!

Simple aint simple tis full of harsh chemicals like Sodium Lauryl Sulfate and parabens.

Tis marketing hype and IMHO a falsely named product.

My ex used to use a cleansing bar from Lush called Baby Face. You rub it on and wash your face with it then wipe it off with a hot flannel.

there are some organic soaps that don't contain any dodgy chemicals, look in H&B for starters.

Or just use water and flannel - the flannel will help remove the layers of grime
