5 and 6yr olds go between 7/7.30
10yr old goes at 8.30
13yr old goes at 9pm, sometimes reads or plays DS for half hour.
All get up around 7/7.30am.

What age?
In our case, DS1 (age 17) goes at around 11pm, ds2(15) at 10pm and DS3(10) at 9pm.

Sounds perfectly reasonable to me; in fact, many children would probably need slightly more sleep at this age (8.30 bedtime for dd at that age).

dolphin13 · 24/04/2010 18:47

Sounds ok to me.

ds 1 and 2 go up at 8.30 read till 9pm (10 and 12)

dd 2 age 6 goes up at 7pm reads till 7.30pm

ds3 and dd3 go up at 6.30pm (4 and 2)

All get up at 7.00am

dd1 is 21 so she gets to stay up

DS (nearly 5) 7pm termtime 8pm weekends 6:30pm on a Sunday. Gets up between half 6 and 7ish.

My son is 2.7 and he will go to bed at around 7pm. However, the brighter weather is causing havok with this!

Bellared · 25/04/2010 20:54

DS will be 2 next month and goes to sleep about 8.30pm no matter what time I put him to bed or how much sleep he has had during the day and gets up between 7-7.30am.

Trafficcone · 25/04/2010 20:56

Op, why are you reffering to your son as 'she' ???

linconlass · 29/04/2010 19:53

8y (Y3) DD goes to bed between 8:00-8:30pm.
She wakes up just after 7am for school.
If she isn't tired when she goes up to bed she will read.

Weekends and holidays are flexible, very!
