Can you mix breast milk with formula

Need Need quick answer.

Baby with reflux, can't feed due to forgetting to give her medicine .

Have only managed to express 100mls but probably need another 100 - can I mix with formula

NO best give her the 100mls ebf and the 100mls of formula

Yes you can mix together, no problem, but... and it's a big but.... she might hate the taste of the mixed up stuff and reject it all! best do as whittywan suggests and keep separate. Least then you don't waste good BM or expensive formula!

Thanks everyone. Yip, she absolutely hated the taste of the formula and refused the bottle and I stupidly mixed it half and half so had to bin the lot. Luckily I had 100mls Id forgotten about in back of freezer. Something tells me I will be up alot tonight!
