Nappy rash with BG v3

I use BG on my son and he has developed a nappy rash.

What measures do I need to take (washing...) to help with the rash?

I use the small insert during the day and the big one plus a bamboo booster at night.

My daughter recently had same thing, i washed twice on a 60 with no washing powder and dried outside on line. I just put a silver liner in them for a night or two that cleared it up and touch wood she hasnt had it back. Hope this helps.
