2 3/4 year old keeps falling from stairs now that he is confident walker

...what should i do - he is now tryong to play on stairs and sometimes gooes down without banister

and today saw him roll down 13 steps

is this normal? what should i do? go back to always be with him when he comes up and down?

I would go back to always walking up and down with him

Put the stairgates back on.

Tell him stairs are not for playing on and enforce that by removing him when he does.

Show him how to come down on his bum?
