How's this for a parenting fail?

Last week I sent DS to nursery with an extra lunchbox as I'd made him some pudding. I promptly forgot about the extra box so when I cleared out his bag this morning I found his actual lunchbox containing a half eaten casserole that was now, clearly, off.

When I got home from work today I found his sandwiches on the side. So I must've sent him to nursery with the slops from last week for his lunch. I really, really hope they realised and he didn't actually eat it... But either way I look like a total slattern now don't I?

Oh no! I sent DD to nursery with some lovely homemade meatballs once. I made a huge batch and froze a load. A few weeks later I sent her with some more - but forgot I had frozen them raw and so had sent them uncooked!!!!!
