My son had my name not his biological dad's. I went and got a deed poll so my son was known as my new partners surname.
His biological dad had no parental responsibility and has only had contact for past 6 months through a court order. With that pr has been granted but I changed the name b4 he got it. He is now applying to courts to change it back. He only can change it back to my surname not his. Any info greatly appreciated on where i stand??
