I have been using Bumgenius for about 3 months and am currently having leak problems. I think the nappies feel too tight if I tighten the sizing and son left with lots of creases on tum from the fabric, but feel a bit loose round his legs. He is only 7 months and not at all fat but quite long so today have tried putting them on the biggest size setting to see if that makes any difference.
Most often the insert is really soaked when I change him, even if only changed 1 hour ago.
Also the leak is often just underneath, to his left side.
I read about leak problems a couple of weeks ago and did the whole stripping thing too, using dishwasher liquid then washing & rewashing so not sure if it's an absorbency problem or amount of pee problem or sizing problem.
I am quite disheartened as really liked these to begin with but am starting to lose patience with them now so hope someone can help me
