My twins are getting their jabs tomorrow after ages of me umming and ahhing about giving to them. What side effects are they likely to get if any? and long did the side effects last?

you don't say how old your twins are, but my boys aged 5 & 3 had it in January without any noticeable side effects whatsoever. They both had a bit of a sore arm because seemingly it's a thick liquid through a biggish needle, but the promise of a milkshake afterwards helped them brace up!

ds (3) had his a wee while ago and really only had a little bit of a sore arm.

Neither ds nor I had any side effects other than sore arm.
Some are a bit out of sorts for a few days, but not long at all.

That is a releif, the girls are 3 so hopefully we will also get away with just a sore arm.

DS didn't even get sore (his was in the leg, he was 2) and no other effects either, he didn't even cry when it went in. I had it too when I was pregnant and got a very sore arm but nothing else.
