What are your conclusions? Have you answered your original question, come up with more questions then answers, or do you just want to summerize what is in the main part of your essay?

If you don't have a specific question that needs to be answered, then a summery of what you have learnt is fine. You can also try and analyse your piece of work - what could be better, what the work could lead on to.

Tell them what you are going to say

Say it

Tell them you've said it

Is it an essay or research?

And make it clear that it is a conclusion by writing In Conclusion. Also refer back to what is in your introduction.
