Could we have a list of child friendly websites - what ones do your DC like?

The DC have discovered the computer and I am now looking for good websites that are safe for children to use.

They played on the Cbeebies website for a while, and found it good. Any others? Any to avoid?

DD's friend showed her girlsgogames.com which seems to be more about dressing up dolls. I liked Cbeebies as it was both educational and fun.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Nick Jr.co.uk is good. Dd loves it.

My DS (aged nearly 6) likes ClubPenguin.com. However, there is a membership option which opens up extra sections of the website. I think the membership is £3.95 a month, and he got it as a reward after he'd got to the end of his star chart.
