I am supposed to be doing a report for leadership and management and can't get into it. have been sat for an hour and a half and so far have a grand total of 504 words, I had 320 when I sat down this evening. I need to get to 3000 words and have it handed in by wednesday! its not looking good as I am busy everyday between now and then so only have the evenings to work.

need to find some motivation- can someone pass me a bicket load please?

I'll give you a kick if you give me one.

I will be doing it TODAY or i may have to explode. It is driving me nuts.

I have to set up (theoretically) an innovative childcare service.
so am doing an outdoor pre-school, which in practice would be interesting to do. Am struggling with the management perspective and trying to get my head around SWOT/PEST analysis . I gave upp at half 10 got up at half 6 to get on with it in peace efore dc got up and dd joined me 20 mins later she never voluntarily gets up before 7.30 . cant work during the day as dc are home and have ballet/ swimming lessons then we are off to a country park they want to visit. so another late night/ early morning combo

Does anyone want to read my last TMA feedback & explain it to me?

I have a marketing and finance ECA due in on Monday, which woudln't be a problem in intself (have allocated half of today and all tomorrow to write it undisturbed on pain of death ) but I need to have "activity outputs" which means I can't just scour through the text to find the stuff I need for the report as I usually do, I need to actually do the work .

How has today's studying gone?

I have done nearly 3 week of OU in 2 days - god I am tired & lucky me I get to start my TMA tomorrow

although earth hour is not helping as I can't actually see anything to do it, half hour to go and then i *will get on properly

woohoo jsut re-read my essay guidance, i have a 2500 word assignment not 3000 so its a bit better

Practical issues

who pays for outdoor wear, where do you dry & store it, how do you fund replacing damaged/worn out clothing

If you have indoor/outdoor space - how do you fund the heating of the indoor or control the temp with a constantly open door

how do you manage the children transition between the indoor & outdoor spaces (ie not ending up with poorly dressed children outside or over-insulated ones inside

How do you track outdoor/indoor toys and ensure they are stored properly overnight (dried before being put away/prevent mould)

would love to see a copy of a business plan please. might give me an idea where I am going. I can do essays and stuff on why the children should be outdoors etc can write forever on that, but struggling with the business and management slant of it

thanks again for that, gave me a rough idea what I should be doing. so had a late night last night and have spent a lot of time this afternoon on it, thanks to my children being stars and playing togther nicely, I know have 2400 words so 100 to go and I haven't started concluding yet. I will have it done tonight. will then just need to do faffy stuff like appendices and bibliography so will do that tomorrow night if I dont get those done tonight too
