I've applied to do a full-time Foundation degree in Heritage Management at my local University and am still waiting to hear if I've been accepted . I rang the admissions department last week, and apparently they haven't made ANY offers yet for this particular course, due to issues with funding. I could be waiting for months!
I'm really bricking it - I've been looking for years for a suitable vocational degree course to sort out midlife crisis retrain for a new career and this is the ONLY one I've found which ticks all my boxes. I even qualify for quite a lot of financial support, much to my amazement.
I'm really hoping they aren't going to pull the plug on the course, it's only been running for 2 years and I suspect it will be vulnerable to spending cuts.
Anyone else still in limbo?
