bumgenius flip - rash with disposable insert

might be a coincidence but i used my new BG flip for the first time today (i've just bought one to `trial' to see how we got on with it IYSWIM) and prewashed to the outer shell and stay dry insert. DS is 6 months old.

Had no problem with the stay dry insert and replaced with a disposable one but when i took it off tonight big red patches (but not really blotches) along where the insert had been.

I just wondered if anyone else had had this or whether is purely coincidence.

Normally use the bungenius V3 and so far have never had nappy rash or redness like this before.

Does sound like maybe an allergy to them???

that was my first thought but then i wondered if i was overreacting (i do have a tendency to do this!) Back in the V3's today and no rash - i'm inclined to try the staydry insert again and avoid the disposable ones for the time being

Yes I would and if does again would sell them on.
