Has anyone tried this? If so how is it going?

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

What is it?

Is this where you gt so in tune with your baby, you know when they will wee and poo so they don't need nappies ever?

WigWamBam · 19/07/2005 21:55

That's the one, hunker. Sounds like horribly hard work for a horribly long time to me, but it would be interesting to see whether it has worked for anyone.

I did see a website about it ages ago (when I had a newborn DS and was doing something similar to elimination training - basically, DS would poo and pee on me whenever I removed his nappy...).

Will see if I can find it.

There was a piece in the Guardian a while back, with some mums who'd managed it, and were very happy.

I got DS2 to poo on the potty, at 9 months, as I could tell it was coming, so why not?

I wouldn't have the patience to manage the real thing, though.
