Staying in bed all day long with some good books fir company.....

That is the plan......

What will probably happen is I will be jumped on and ds will cry because he's fallen over or thrown himself to the floor in a temper tantrum; dd will moan that ds isn't sharing and wants to watch sleeping beauty (again)!
Dh will be on the sofa, onhis laptop or watching 24, oblivious to the mess and chaos evolving around him.
Dishwasher will notbe emptied, no one will hang upwashing to dry or putanother load in, the playroom will be a mess, and once the dc have emptied all the toys from the boxes in their room and jumped on their beds, they will of course want to play outside.

So they go outside to play ( unsuitably dressed) as dh can't find their gloves (and hasn't really bothered to look). They fallover, play with rocks and bits of wood, ignoring the garden toys they so desperately wanted and then beg to come in because they're cold and want a snack.
They eat crisps and whatever dh can quickly dispense without peeling or chopping.....then dh will pop hishead around the bedroom door and ask 'what's for dinner?'

i hope I can find a really good book.....
