Hi, I thought I would try giving my son Omega 3 and 6, but I have tried a few eye-q and a liquid one and both were spat out.....can anyone recommend any that their child likes?

How old is your son? Bassetts do chewable vitamins and one has Omega 3. They're not wonderful but are the best tasting I found.

alpro soya 'smooth' yogarts have extra omega 3 and 6.
I loved tinned makerel too.

I worry that with suppliments they may get too much of something, so feel it's better f-for them to get vitamins from actual food
