Nappy liner irritation

I started using Tots Bots nappy liners a few days ago and baby has had nappy rash ever since.

I stopped using them and it's clearing up. Anyone else had a similar problem?

DD used to get rash with any kind of disposable liners so we had to use fleece ones, which also give a nice stay-dry layer next to the skin. When she got a bit older (about 9 months) we tried the flushable ones again and don't seem to irritate her now.

What were you using previously, in place of the Tots Bots liners? Did that cause any nappy rash problems?
