DD (13mo) and painful pooing

not sure which section this should go in: so apologies if this isn't the right one!

DD (13mo) was EBF until about 7 months, and had no poo issues at all. She was then mixed fed and now is on solids, plus formula/cow's milk. She eats a pretty good mixed diet, although not in huge quantities. She has water with every meal. She's not constipated, i.e. poos every day, sometimes every other day, but pooing does seem to cause her pain, with straining and crying. Is there anything we can do to help? Her poo is not massively hard, but quite solid IYSWIM. More liquids? She has porridge with prunes for breakfast, btw.

Anyone else had this? Did it resolve in time? Thanks
