Is it ok to take 4 week old ds for a walk in the snow??

As title says really, if he's wrapped up in his snowsuit in his sling and maybe a blanket too is this ok??
Its snowed lots here overnight and we'd planned to take dog out as a family (instead of dh doing it on his own as he has done for last 4 weeks) but not sure if its ok now given the weather??
What do you think??
