i need some advice. My DD will be 21 months when this DC arrives. I have convinced myself i dont need a double buggy as i will carry baby in the sling. But after yet another episode of DD not wanting to walk, then kicking up quite a tantrum getting in the buggy i dont know if thats the best idea. Im not sure if i can see myself coping If i have baby in a sling, and picking DD up who is kicking and screaming then fighting with her to get in the buggy. My only alternative is to drag her along the floor!!!!

Is a double buggy my only option? I wanted a side by side on but they're only suitable form 6 months so i wouldnt be able to put the new baby in it til then anyway.

Side by side ones must have changed then! I used a side by side buggy for my twins from birth through to when they were almost 3. It was from Mothercare and was suitable for babies from birth.

It's nice to be able to put the baby down for a bit too - having a double gives you that option, even if you only have a child in one half.
