Oh I'm a great believer in how sleep keeps you slim! The more rested you are, the less likely you are to try to grab extra energy from hi-cal foods.

yes when youa re so tired/hingover you will chew your own arm off.
its to do wwiht hormones and stuff.
that was a good chapter.

Yes, and when you are tired you expend less physical energy too - you're too knackered to walk so you take the car etc (let alone do sport).

Here it gets rammed down your throat as "une bonne hygiène de vie" ie get enough sleep, regular meals, regular (but not too vigorous) exercise etc

I have just remembered I've read a review of this. It said in the review that the book says that emotional intelligence isn't actually a predictor of anything much at all, is that right?
