There is this boy who lives on my street who must be about 13 yrs old, seems a nice enough lad, but every night without fail at around 8:30 he starts kicking a ball around, and the sound of a leather football right outside your house is enough to drive u insane, let alone so loud to wake up the kiddies. This goes on until around 10:30. His mum obviously doesn't have any respect for the neighbours letting him do this, and at 13 yrs old he should know better than to cause uneccessary noise at such a silly time when all the kids are in bed.
