My ds has just started on this. I am not expecting results straight away. What I am worried about is that as he is still being sock so much that I am concerned as to how much medicine is actually going down

Both my DD's have taken these medicines and I've also had this problem. I found that mixing the medicines with 20ml expressed bm or formula and giving them 20 mins before the main feed helped. I could then keep DD's upright for 20 mins. The paed said that most of the medication will have been absorbed by then.
