Swim nappies for over 2s?

My DS (22months) loves swimming and he's always worn these kind of swim nappies, washable with a sort of built in elasticated nappy.

Only thing is, I can't find them anywhere for ages 2+. He's nowhere near ready for toilet training and I wouldn't want to risk just sticking him in normal swimming trunks in case of accidents.

Can someone advise me? Thanks ladies!

Zoggs do swim nappy shorts in that size.
