do any OU students know how to access the First Class forums?

Title says it all really

I'm on my 2nd course (EA300) but still haven't figured it out yet. Was at a day school seeion today and was told that it was a good resource so I feel I should start using it...

Can't figure it out from the OU website

Anyone?

Your course website will give you links to your course forums/fora.

give their computing helpdesk a ring on 01908 653972 - they will talk you through it.

You can access FirstClass in two ways: via the web (go to www.open.ac.uk and sign in, then click on "Your OU mailbox and discussion forums" under "Links" on the left hand side).

But the best way to access FirstClass is to install the FC client. This comes on the software CD you should have received with your course materials. If you don't have the CD, you can download the client here
