Relate for Parents -- new website with parenting resources and livechat support

Relate seems to have broadened its remit to provide parenting and family guidance. They have a new website, www.relateforparents.org.uk, which looks potentially very useful and has an opportunity for 'livechat' with trained consultants.

I don't know in any detail yet how good it will turn out to be, but it looks like it might be very helpful indeed.

I'm going to keep bumping this, because I'm sure it is going to be useful for a lot of MNers.

I've been looking through its resources. I didn't find the family mapping tool useful, and I started to think that the supprt library articles were a bit thin -- until I remembered that the Relate approach is probably to get you to reach your own answers rather than to give you detailed solutions.

I particularly liked the page called Deciding what to change. It is very realistic and gave me a fresh perspective on family feuds.
