I'm a newbie on this part of Mumsnet but wondered if you might be able to help? My sister has MS and uses a wheelchair. She wants to go on a big 'last' holiday (international) with her family - DP and two teenage children.
Last year they went on holiday in the uk, self catering, hiring a 'wheelchair freindly' cottage. When they got there they discovered that the cottage had two steps up to the front door, and her chair couldn't fit through either bathroom door!
So, this time before booking anywhere she'd like to gather a bit more info.
Does anyone know of any good websites and - even better - any great forums where wheelchair users rate / recommend places they've been?
Any pointers would be a great help. Thanks in advance.
