just wondering how I am doing - ds is slowly getting more and more fussy. from being the perfect baby who ate everything, he is more and more picky.

he wont eat any veg atall, wont drink milk, doesn;t eat meat or fish.

he does eat fruit, cheese, yoghurt, eggs, potatoes, avocado, hummus, cashew nuts, tomatoes, porridge, homemade veg soups (pureed), pasta with tomato (and hidden veggies ) sauce, jacket pots with beans +cheese,

are we doing ok? sometimes it feels slightly crazy here and i just want to put a plate of veg in front of him and leave him with it until he eats it ! (ie give it to him for breakgast, lunch supper until it is gone!) is that going too far?

would love your thoughts

why would you just want to put a plate of veg in front of him?!

his diet sounds fine to me - loads of good stuff in that list

the things he does eat are really very healthy and there is a good variety of stuff there

i know it is boring and a grind to serve up the same stuff over and over but i'd be thrilled if i were you!

over time you can gradually introduce additional things.
