dc2 due in 10 days and still trying to get organised re reusables as dd only ever wore disposables. Can anyone recommend a cheapish starter kit available online?Preferably meeting the following (demanding) criteria!:

Ideally one-size (newborn to potty as looking for nappies that will endure)

Ideally all-in-one as i have a feeling anything i have to stuff a nappy with will go missing as soon as i look at it!

Do like the look of shaped terry towelling ones (i think it's a nostalgia thing)although they come plastic pants, don't they?

check out ebay - lots of starter kits and cheap nappies to build up your collection quickly - or babybots, nappyshed, nappygarden, jabula - all have good starter kits available or could make you one up.

I'd recommend Little Lambs. The best value I've found. I've got bamboo and size one still fits my dd at 9 months - but she's a skinny one. Lots of room still though. Hate the microfibre little lambs though.

You could try one of these very cheapNature Babies pockets

I'd recommend finding a local Lollipop advisor.

I don't know if it's the same all over the country, but I was able to borrow (free of charge) a kit with loads of different brands and styles so I could work out exactly what suited me (and fitted DD) before I commited to buying anything at all. I'm now a complete convert to real nappies!

This isn't an ad for Lollipop btw - I know that there are others who do similar things but they're the people I happened to use and found really helpful.
