DD is stuck under the bath.

DH is dealing with it but the injured dignity is making me laugh inappropriately so I came here.

goodness!!! is she out yet or do you know have the fire brigade round?

snigger · 26/12/2009 17:52

She's out

DH got stuck in the drawer under the bed once, so it's somewhat of a tradition.

I have no idea how she managed to inhale enough to get under there. There must be 3" clearance.

thank goodness.
I once hid in a big patch of nettles. Needless to say, I won!

  • that's even funnier as DS's are currently watching "when sport goes bad" LOL and so that voice is resonating in my ears

I was shit at hide & seek, I genuinely thought standing in the hallway under the coatrack wrapped in a duffle coat was the epitome of MI5 disappearment.

I'm glad we've had the tumble-drier talk already.

Aw, DS (14 months) puts a (chiffon) scarf over his head and giggles to himself whilst we have to be amazed at his disappearance and look for him! Hide and seek is a cute game!

Bensmum76 · 01/01/2010 22:13

My DS, 2, stands in a corner of the room in full view and thinks we can't see him if he puts his hands over his eyes - priceless

leeloo1 · 01/01/2010 23:10

Lol, it'll be v sad when they grow out of this stage!

I have visons of me giggling under the scarf and DS saying 'muuuuum!' despairingly!

JacksmamaInAPearTree · 01/01/2010 23:31

We have a game where we hide in a room with the lights turned off can call DS's name. He comes running in and says "where did you go??". And then we jump out and yell BOO and he screams with delight (not scared at all).

Last week DH "hid" in the bedroom which was pitch dark, In the middle of the room! DS came running in and head-butted DH in the jewels at full speed.

I laughed so hard I cried.

DH did NOT think it was funny.
