He is 9 on christmas day and I don,t know if anyone is aware of them but he loves claymates little tiny collectable figures in the form of cute little animals mostly.
He already has a big stash of them.
I have bought him the shelf designed to hold them as a christmas present.
Dh thinks he is too old for this now especially as he is a lad.
He is also into wrestling wii games etc so he is very much into boy stuff as well.
So what do you think is this silly for a boy of his age or not.
For anyone who isn,t sure what they are before giving me an opinion if you type in claymates you should find their website.

I bought my dd a liitle display shelf one year to show her snowglobes and she loved it.

If he likes them he feels he is not too old so he will love them,

They are cute, why don't you also buy him some FIMO so he can make some of his own.

millymo · 23/12/2009 12:07

Yes that sounds good Twin

Of course he isn't too old. You're only a child once!

I was sent to boarding school at 9 and that ended all playing with dolls etc as everyone there said it was babyish. I was so sad not only miles away from my family but no toys to play with either!

Well, I've googled, and they're very cute.

He's only 9, bless him, of course he's not too old.
