Keeping diaries of all the little stuff

I found this time round there were loads of places to get advice on the big stuff and loads of support from other people going through the same sort of stuff (thanks, mumsnet!!!!!) but I'm not organised enough to keep a proper diary and all the dates of doctors and health stuff and all that, I was always so tired at the start and sometimes other people (mum!) were doing it and it started worrying me I was missing stuff.

I was snapping away on the camera and the phone and recording all the wobbly stuff on the camcorder and then I just stuffed it on the computer to look at later, and some of it went on john's laptop but now she's coming up three months there's so much stuff downloaded (uploaded?) its going to take forever to go through. And I haven't set the date on one of my cameras so Im worried it'll be out of order anyway and it's all over the place.

But then my friend Jane said she'd found a kind of diary website where she types whatever happening in the evenings when she finally gets time to herself (but then she's got 4 boys..) and you can put your pictures and video and even voice recordings from your phone into the entries and it's almost like having a book about your life as the baby grows up.

The one she uses and I've just started using is your year in a nutshell I don't know if there are any others like it but this one is really easy and you can also do budget organising as well.

Just a thought!
